Adult Bible Fellowships (ABFs) are a great first step in connecting to others here at Maple Grove Evangelical Free Church. It is in ABFs that you will be able to build friendships with others just like you and grow in your faith. What is an ABF?
Adult Bible Fellowships are classes that meet every Sunday to study God’s Word and encourage each other to grow in faith and in relationship with others. ABFs provide adults with an opportunity to get involved, known and loved here at MGEFC.

Who can attend an ABF?
Anyone who is 18 years or older can attend an ABF. You will find a mix of adults who are newcomers to our church and those who are long time members.

Why attend an ABF?
Since MGEFC is a large church, it can be hard to know where to start connecting with others. Getting involved in an ABF will provide you with opportunities to get to know others in your same life stage and let others get to know you. ABFs will help you grow in your faith, in friendship, and in community with others.

When are ABFs offered?
ABFs are offered on Sunday mornings running concurrently with each worship hour. Please see more detailed information from the list below.

ABF Opportunities

Young Marrieds ABF
Meets 9:30 am in Youth Room
(For couples in the beginning stages of marriage in their 20’s and 30’s.) Are you in the beginning stages of marriage/parenting? Whether you are newly married or have entered the journey of parenting infant thru preschooler, this group is for you!

Young Families ABF
Meets 11:00 am in Youth Room
(For couples in their 20’s through 40’s in the early stages of family life) This group is for couples in the early stages of family life, with or without children. Join us and connect with other families just like yours !

Parents of Teens ABF
Meets 9:30 am at Rice Lake Elementary School
(For both couples and singles parenting teenagers)
Join us as we navigate together the journey of those teenage-parenting years.

Rediscovery ABF
Meets 11:00 am in the West Wing
(For couples and singles age 40 and up)
Here is a place for those married or single who may be looking to retirement, empty nesting or care giving for loved ones. Join us in fellowship, learning the Word, support & prayer.

Singles ABF
Meets at 9:30 am in Rm 245
(For single adults in all stages of life)
Meet other singles just like you and learn practical life lessons.
