Experience:  20 years in parachurch and pastoral ministry, 12 years in business

What brought me to MGEFC:  Great respect for Pastor Russ, a wonderful background with the Free Church, and excitement about what the church is doing and could do in the community.

Vision for my ministry:  1) To bring excellence to management and ministry with the staff, and 2) To contribute to excellence in the ministries of the church

Favorite movie:  It used to be the original King Kong, hands down. Now I might say Saving Private Ryan or Shawshank Redemption. But I am sucker for any film with a redemptive theme.

Favorite caffeinated beverage:  Iced tea

Favorite place to pray:  I like a certain comfortable chair at home, but probably do just as much at any coffee shop. I find the background hum to be stimulating.

Favorite food:  Pumpkin Pie

Hobbies/interests:  Golf, world events

What fascinates me:  Technology – even how a telephone works, let alone email, internet, etc.

Three people I would like to have dinner with:  The Apostle Peter, Bono, my wife Heidi
